We tweet our opinions and Instagram picture of our meal. One of the trending features of posting stories on Instagram, Snapchat or Facebook allows you to share every second of your life. People are becoming more and more dependent on these apps and losing connection with humans.
There are studies that show depressed people spend more time on social media. We are living in this virtual reality, which actually is non-existent.
