Sometimes we can’t achieve happiness because we have “negative bias” with us in our gene. It is something created by evolution for our survival by learning from potential threats and bad experiences. The feeling of anxiety or depression seems permanent to some of us. As a result, it makes us over-reactive and worried about perpetual pessimism and interpersonal conflicts.
Our brain has some really extraordinary capabilities as we know it. It can rewire and change depending on our experience. Probably, that is the best thing about our brain. Hence, whatever we feed our brain repeatedly is sculpting its structure and pathways. Consequently, if we will be able to learn focus on positive experiences, we can master to avoid negativity.
