Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a program that assists employees with various mental health issues. Generally, personal and outside the workplace problems affect a person equally as work-related problems. Consequently, the quality of life takes a hit in terms of job performance, mental and physical wellbeing. We work closely with executives and employees offering them confidential assessments and counselling. As a result, we help them cope with challenges in a better way.

The program offered by Mentriq seeks to restore individual health and productivity. Therefore, we help you improve efficiency and retain experienced employees. The program is both remedial and preventive and is designed to:
• Foster early stage intervention and identification of problems,
• Help individuals by offering the right service at the right time,
• Create awareness about the existence of the program and increase the rate of self-referrals, and
• Do a pre-assessment and guide them to the right therapist based on their problems
